Mike Hauser is Retiring, Allyson Carolino appointed as New President

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Allyson Carolino as the new President of Century Concrete. With a 25-year career at Century, Allyson has demonstrated proficiency in numerous roles within operations and preconstruction. In 2018, she transitioned to a dedicated focus on preconstruction, serving as Vice President of Preconstruction. Her leadership supported the robust growth plans of the company while nurturing customer relationships. She has been involved in strategic leadership of the company as part of the executive team. Her leadership will usher in a new era of growth and innovation for Century Concrete.

After 34 years with Century Concrete, President Mike Hauser has announced plans to retire later this year. During his 17 years as President, Mike’s vision, process-driven philosophy, and focus on customers helped grow the business. His commitment to creating a best-in-class safety program drove outstanding results. He will continue with the company through the end of October to promote excellent execution and customer care, and to ensure a seamless transition of leadership.

Senior Estimator Maria Ferraraccio will assume the role of Director of Preconstruction. Maria has extensive experience in concrete preconstruction services. She joined Century Concrete in 2017 and brought a detailed approach to estimating complex concrete structures. Maria prioritizes customer service with a focus on exceptional planning and clear communication.
