Porsche of Rockville

Rockville, MD

Century constructed the Porsche of Rockville facility with Choate Construction. The new structure is home to an existing dealership in the Bethesda/Rockville corridor of Maryland and contributes to the region’s greater town center development.

The project consists of two cast in place structures – a 30,000-square foot, two-story dealership and a 48,000-square foot, four-story parking garage, totaling 5,000 cubic yards of concrete. Century’s scope included one-sided walls against shoring, radius walls, 23-foot-high structural slabs and columns for the dealership and 10-foot-high structural slabs in the garage.
