Tysons Overlook

Tysons Overlook is an award-winning, 11-story, Class A Office Building featuring 305,000 square feet of build-to-suit, customizable office space with adjacent 250,000 square foot parking garage.  The office building consisted of 7,300 cubic yards of cast-in-place concrete; below-grade structural foundations at ground level and steel frame design with concrete infill on the upper levels.  The parking garage consisted of 4,400 cubic yards of both structural concrete foundations and  cast-in-place walls, which reach 55 feet high.  An accelerated construction schedule included the simultaneous construction of both buildings, and this project required detailed planning and flawless execution to overcome construction challenges.
